Niklas Becker

Psychologist (M.Sc.); studied at Goethe University Frankfurt and subsequently completed a doctorate on leadership styles and organisational climate. Lecturer in psychology and research methods at various universities. Supported consulting firms and clients in the development of testing procedures and personality questionnaires; conducted numerous studies and surveys. Associate member of the Assessment Centre Working Group (Arbeitskreis Assessment Center e.V.). Part of CORNELIA TANZER – ASSESSMENT | DEVELOPMENT | TOOLS since 2017.
