Under the XLNC Leadership brand, we have developed two highly effective leadership feedback tools:

  • XLNC_s – a tool that assesses six distinct leadership styles and evaluates their appropriate use in different situations.
  • XLNC_c – a tool that measures the organisational climate within a team, department, or company and highlights discrepancies between the current and desired states.
