Our coaching and training offer aims at enhancing the behavioural repertoire of the participants and at developing new perspectives and alternative solutions. Our coachees and participants learn to further develop their reflective, communicative as well as leadership competencies and to act much more effectively. As a coach or trainer, we do not see ourselves as advisors or experts, but we rather accompany our customers with the right questions and tools in order to promote learning processes as well as the development of competencies and opportunities for action.

Coaching

For our coaching, we follow a systemic approach, which means that we use all the resources available and work in a solution-oriented way taking into account all relevant system levels. As a first step, together with our customer we define the main purpose and specific requirements of the individual coaching or team coaching. What is the purpose of the coaching? What should the situation be like after the coaching process has successfully been completed? Based on the objectives defined, we develop an individual coaching concept and agree on the methods to be used with the manager or the coachee. A key success factor is ensuring that the chosen methods are closely aligned with the client’s needs and the best possible fit.

Training

Apart from the methods applied, for successful trainings, we attach particular importance to the selection of our trainers. This is why we only collaborate with coaches and trainers who are exceptionally well qualified and with many years of experience. We do not offer standard solutions, but we select the most appropriate set of methods and training schedule in close consultation with our customers. Here, we rely on our extensive experience and large methodology toolbox.

Moderation

For us, professional moderation means more than simply leading discussions. Our moderators actively shape group processes, create structure, clarity and engagement, and provide the framework for constructive dialogue. Whether in workshops, conflict situations or off-site events, we take full responsibility for the process so that you can focus entirely on content and decision-making. In every moderation, we bring methodological expertise, experience and a respectful, collaborative approach.
