CORNELIA TANZER GmbH stands for sound management diagnostics and tailored support in leadership development. At the same time, the name represents people who work with passion, experience, and curiosity. Our team brings together diverse professional backgrounds and industry knowledge – psychology, business, consulting, and leadership – into a shared expertise. This diversity shapes our work and makes us a reliable partner for companies looking to strengthen their leaders and develop their organisations.
As a company, we have grown from the ambition to combine professionalism with humanity. It is important to us to create spaces where potential becomes visible and development can succeed sustainably – for individuals, teams, and entire organisations. In doing so, we combine scientific rigor with practical solutions, always tailored to the specific context of our clients.
Our story began in 2015 with the founding of CORNELIA TANZER and the first projects in the Mommsenvilla in Cologne-Lindenthal. It was not just an office, but a vibrant place for ideas, exchange, and collaboration. Over the years, our team has grown, new clients have joined us, and our portfolio has steadily expanded. In 2021, the sole proprietorship became CORNELIA TANZER GmbH, and in 2025, we celebrated a special milestone – our 100th client. Today, we look back on an exciting journey: from a small founding team to a company with many minds, continuously expanding its expertise.
Our move from the Mommsenvilla to our new premises in 2024 was more than just a change of location – it marked the intentional closing of a chapter filled with shared memories and tangible developments. Today, CORNELIA TANZER GmbH is based in new offices in Cologne-Lindenthal, idyllically situated on Dürener Straße.
We have intentionally created an environment that fosters modern collaboration in an open atmosphere – featuring bright workspaces, flexible workstations, dedicated coaching rooms, and a spacious, well-equipped training room. These spaces reflect our understanding of professional collaboration: functional, welcoming, and respectful – ideal for focused work, creative exchange, and constructive encounters.
