Our coaching and training offer aims at enhancing the behavioural repertoire of the participants and at developing new perspectives and alternative solutions. Our coachees and participants learn to further develop their reflective, communicative as well as leadership competencies and to act much more effectively. As a coach or trainer, we do not see ourselves as advisors or experts, but we rather accompany our customers with the right questions and tools in order to promote learning processes as well as the development of competencies and opportunities for action.
Coaching
For our coaching, we follow a systemic approach, which means that we use all the resources available and work in a solution-oriented way taking into account all relevant system levels. As a first step, together with our customer we define the main purpose and specific requirements of the individual coaching or team coaching. What is the purpose of the coaching? What should the situation be like after the coaching process has successfully been completed? Based on the objectives defined, we develop an individual coaching concept and agree on the methods to be used with the executive or the coachee. Selecting the right methods taking into account the specific requirements and the situation of the customer is a fundamental criterion for a successful coaching experience.
Training
Apart from the methods applied, for successful trainings, we attach particular importance to the selection of our trainers. This is why we only collaborate with coaches and trainers who are exceptionally well qualified and with many years of experience. We do not offer standard solutions, but we select the most appropriate set of methods and training schedule in close consultation with our customers. Here, we rely on our extensive experience and large methodology toolbox.
Digital solutions
A virtue has been made out of necessity: In the 'year of Covid 2020', we have gained intensive experience with digital solutions in the field of coaching and training, and together with our customers we have come to learn a lot about the possibilities and limitations of digital tools. Now, we have extended our in-house offer with digital formats and established a mix of both to meet our customers' needs.
