Lecture Scene - Competence Training for New Leaders

The demands on leaders are diverse – and constantly evolving. Especially when stepping into a new role, many leaders face the challenge of redefining their self-image while taking on responsibility for people, processes, and results.

Our leadership training programmes support both new leaders in this transition and experienced leaders who want to reflect on and further develop their actions. We provide not only well-founded models and tools but also create space for exchange, reflection, and peer-to-peer learning.

The emphasis is on transferring insights into practice: participants test, challenge, and adapt new approaches to their individual leadership contexts. We combine proven training methods with organisation-specific requirements and tailor the content to the participants’ needs.

A key element of our leadership training is working on a shared understanding of leadership.
