AC-Smart is a standardised, digital assessment centre specifically developed for selecting young talent such as trainees and apprentices. It features modern, field-tested exercises tailored to your target group and measures future-relevant skills including learning agility, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
Through full integration with our AC app SIDAN, the process is paperless, GDPR-compliant, and highly efficient. All participants – observers, candidates, and moderators – receive individual logins, schedules, and materials directly via the platform. Assessments can be conducted individually or based on consensus, with immediate access to results and one-click reporting for fast, accurate evaluation.
