Professional HR tools as well as online instruments help identify the right employees and develop existing employees further. Apart from the quality of the instrument itself, process design is an essential lever for the subsequent acceptance and targeted use of the HR tools. When developing HR tools, we combine our diagnostic expertise with the latest scientific findings. Here, we do not offer standard solutions, but we select the most appropriate set of HR tools and processes that best match the specific requirements of the company regarding the company size, culture and expertise.

AC Tools

Our AC tools support the professional implementation of aptitude diagnostics – from classic case studies to fully digital assessment solutions. They enable valid decisions, efficient processes, and a modern candidate experience. We offer both customised tools and ready-to-use standard solutions that integrate seamlessly into your existing selection and development processes. Our AC tools are modular in design and can be used in both in-person and virtual assessments. In doing so, we combine many years of diagnostic expertise with digital solutions and methodological diversity.

Questionnaires/tests

For our diagnostic procedures, we use digital cognitive testing procedures and personality and motivation questionnaires either in the pre-selection phase or to gather additional information about candidates.

For the development of executives, we frequently use a differentiated leadership feedback as basis for target-oriented development measures. Furthermore, we develop specific digital testing procedures for our customers that are tailored to meet the competencies and target group to be assessed.

HR Tools

In the areas of competency models, mission/values development, leadership conversations and talent management, we contribute our expertise to collaboratively develop new tools or review and, if necessary, optimise existing ones with our clients. In addition, we apply our diagnostic know-how to the development of instruments such as case studies, client-specific role simulations or interview guidelines.
