Senior Consultant Assessment & Development
For the position of Senior Consultant, we are looking for committed and customer-oriented consultants with at least 5 years of practical work experience in the field of management diagnostics and human resources development. You have a broad expertise in the field of human resources and have ideally completed a degree in psychology/business psychology or a comparable degree. For you, a self-confident as well as enthusiastic appearance is a natural and, in addition, you distinguish yourself through strong communication skills. In the past, your proactive way of working and thinking has brought you success. You enjoy conceptual activities as well as intensive and individual customer consulting. Due to many international projects in non-German speaking countries, you should also have work experience in English and enjoy travel. Coaching training and training experience are preferable.
