Assessment Scene - Evaluation Interview

As part of a talent management process for specialists and managers, high-potential employees at an internationally operating retail company are nominated to take part in a development day. Depending on the target position, they complete a range of exercises and receive individual feedback on their performance.
The primary objective of the development day is to identify participants’ individual strengths and development areas, and to provide them with personalised, constructive feedback. Based on these insights, tailored development recommendations are then provided to help them unlock their full potential.

For several years, consultants from CORNELIA TANZER have been supporting the client in this process, which is attended by over 100 participants annually. In addition to diagnostic expertise in moderating development days, managing the process, delivering observation-based feedback, and creating individual development reports with targeted recommendations by experienced business psychologists, CORNELIA TANZER also handles all preparation and follow-up activities. This includes scheduling, providing all necessary materials, sending out pre-work assignments, and administering cognitive assessments.

The result: a smooth, reliable process and valid diagnostics – giving the client more time to focus on strategic priorities and their core business.
