New to the leadership role - this is a challenging situation for many leaders, one in which they are confronted with a multitude of questions and uncertainties. Rarely are leaders prepared for their role, but often a committed and strong professional rises to become a leader; in this role they are suddenly faced with completely different tasks and demands. We support these leaders with our basic programme "New to Leadership".
In addition to examining leadership tasks and styles in order to gain more role clarity, we enable participants to successfully manage challenging leadership situations.
There is no "one-size-fits-all" solution, but the correct assessment of the employee and the situation at hand are the prerequisite for selecting and implementing appropriate leadership behaviour.
The challenge is to maintain an awareness of one's own function and role and at the same time to expand the behavioural repertoire used so far. As a rule, the basic programme consists of 2-4 modules in order to also sustainably strengthen leaders in their role. We install learning groups between the modules to support the transfer into practice and also use collegial counselling as an internal source of resources.
