Conversation scene - collecting ideas in the management audit

The purpose of the individual management audit is to identify the personal strengths and potentials for improvement of a manager. A mix of diagnostic methods, such as structured interviews, behavioural simulations and personality questionnaires, helps capture the leadership qualities of the manager.

If required, the management audit can be complemented with further diagnostic tools, such as 360 degree feedback or tandem interviews with colleagues.

The management audit of an entire management team or level focuses on the individual and also on the cooperation amongst the executives and the balance of strengths and potentials for improvement within the team. The resulting management portfolio may be used, on the one hand, to derive goal-oriented development measures and, on the other, to create a basis for decision with regard to future roles and responsibilities.

Audits of the management team or level are usually carried out in case of restructuring, mergers or acquisitions. By identifying the strengths and improvement potentials of the management team, resulting risks can be addressed and opportunities can be drawn. Crucial for the acceptance of the results at the management level is the experience and competencies of our consultants, who are familiar with top management levels and capable of facing executives on equal terms.
