Together, we combine individual professional backgrounds and experience from a wide range of sectors as well as numerous practical experiences into a common expertise. We are united not only by shared consulting and professional ethics, but also by a collective understanding of our values and goals.
For us, appreciation, partnership and reliability are not just euphonious terms, but our values against which we constantly reflect ourselves. In doing so, we strive for a genuine relationship with our clients that is characterised by authenticity and continuity.

We try to facilitate a work-life balance - also in the consulting environment - by offering flexible working time models and virtual working from the home office is a good complement to working in our office premises or on-site at the client's premises.

The majority of our team comes from the fields of (economic) psychology and business administration. However, some of us have also found their way to us through further training or special professional experience. Our team of experts in the areas of assessment, development and tools has come together through a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences from different industries.
